Job description

Job Title: Residential Healthcare Assistant - Female Only
Location: Neston CH64 6US
£12 per hour
Shifts: 8am-10pm, 10pm-8am, 8am-3pm, 3pm-10pm

About the Role:
As a Care Assistant, you will assist other staff in the running of the Home and maintain high standards of care and service towards service users, relatives, visitors, and other members of staff. You will be providing a range of personal and practical care to our residents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Demonstrate compassion and empathy in your approach to caring for older people, either through previous roles in social care or in other roles.
  2. Self-motivated, resilient, and well-organised.
  3. Dependable, able to work well under pressure, and flexible to meet the needs of the residents and the Home.

Skills and Experience:

  1. Caring and sensitive to the needs of others.
  2. Committed to providing service excellence.
  3. Able to communicate effectively.
  4. Able to provide emotional and social support.
  5. Committed to providing a high standard of care, promoting dignity and respect.

Requirements:
