About the job Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

Hours: Part time, 30 hours a week, Monday - Friday, working 41 weeks a year (Working hours to be discussed at interview).

4 weeks holiday plus overtime and extra periodic work.

This role requires a Full UK Manual Driving License - A company vehicle and fuel card will be provided.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to oversee school cleaning in the Milton Keynes Area.

Assisting the Area Manager, your main aim will be to supervise numerous Cleaning Operatives across the schools, ensuring all services are delivered to a high standard on a key contract.

Core Responsibilities

1. Supervise a number of cleaning operatives (mobile and static) to achieve the highest level of maintenance service to the client.
2. Work closely with the Contracts Manager.
3. Effectively carry out site inspections using our in-house system.
4. Ensure works are delivered to the required standards and in accordance with the set specification.
5. Represent the business and meet client representatives on sites.

1. Holds relevant professional qualifications, and/or has relevant experience.
2. Can demonstrate understanding and experience in planning works over a large number of sites.
3. Able to lead, motivate and manage teams effectively and carry out quotes.
4. Be prepared to work hands-on as and when necessary.
5. Seeks out and takes opportunities to learn new skills as part of personal professional development.
6. Flexibility over working hours.
7. Full UK Manual Driving License.
