Job title: Head of Business Development
Location: SE11– Hybrid
6 Month Contract
Full time: 37.5 hours per week
Job Purpose:
To secure contracts and drive business growth. Generate funds through tenders, grants, proposals, and sponsorships. Lead a small team focused on income generation, managing existing contracts and developing new opportunities alongside the Senior Leadership Team.
Collaborate across the organisation to create service models, budgets, and partnerships for proposals, ensuring high-quality submissions that highlight the charity's impact. Represent at external meetings, foster new partnerships, and attend tender presentations as needed. Implement continuous improvement, share insights, and shape service delivery to meet the strategic goals.
The role is subject to a DBS check.
