Education Recruitment Consultants / Senior Consultants / Aspiring Managers

Position Overview: OneCall24 Education is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Education Recruitment Consultants / Senior Consultants and Aspiring Managers to join our dynamic team at our Office in London (Marylebone). In this role, you will be responsible for connecting educational institutions (Primary and Secondary) with top talent, driving business development, and building strong relationships within the Education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and achieve sales targets.
2. Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
3. Candidate Sourcing: Develop and implement effective strategies for crafting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
4. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, offering guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in education recruitment or a related field.
2. Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
3. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
4. Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
