Customer Campaign Communications Specialist is required by a leading Financial Services company at their London City base to create and execute customer communications across multiple channels B2B.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering impactful content across channels, experience in regulatory communications, a strong background in digital marketing, and excellent copywriting skills. As a Customer Campaign Communications Specialist, you will have an accomplished B2B background and will be instrumental to my client’s marketing technology strategy as you be well-versed in copy-writing and my client are very open to platform experiences whether you have used Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot Marketing Hub, Pardot or another platform.
Customer Campaign Communications Specialist will be principally focused on collaboration with stakeholders of all levels, leveraging analytics to monitor communication performance and optimize future campaigns and influence thinking on market trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance campaigns. My client has a fantastic hybrid working culture and there is an expectation to be onsite in the City of London across 3 days a week with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining two days.
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Up to £65,000 + bonus package and benefits.
Days onsite: 3 days on site with 2 days working from home.
Location: London, UK
