Experience in providing IT support to end users in a corporate environment.
Knowledge of various operating systems and cloud-based telephony.

Provide IT support via telephone, email, MS Teams, and in-person.
Assist 300 end users with their IT-related issues.

The Role – IT Support Technician

Based in our Leeds branch, you will as our IT Support Technician provide telephone, email, MS Teams and in-person IT support to 300 end users.

The successful candidate will require experience and knowledge of:

Windows OS (Server and Desktop)
Android
MDM (Mobile Device Management)
Gamma Horizon or other cloud based telephony
LindAX (Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0) or other ERP system
Microsoft Office and HP/Canon Printers.

A competitive annual salary
Working Monday to Thursday 08:00am – 17:00pm and Friday 08:00am – 16:00pm
