Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical VIE Analyst to join our Acquisition and Strategic Finance team in London. In this role, you will work under the supervision of senior team members, focusing on deal origination, structuring, and execution. You will contribute to the strategic expansion of our business line and gain exposure to various financial products, including leveraged loans, high-yield bonds, corporate loans, and fund finance. You will work with a global team, engaging with large-cap private equity funds and mid to large corporates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the origination and execution of leveraged finance and fund financing transactions.
• Perform detailed financial analysis and modelling to support deal structuring and execution.
• Analyze credit risk and develop clear credit judgments.
• Collaborate with senior team members to contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Engage with diverse client segments, focusing on private equity funds.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working within tight deadlines.

Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree in finance or a related field.
Strong background in financial analysis with excellent modelling capabilities.
Exceptional technical, numeracy, and analytical skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
Fluency in English is required.
