Job Description

The Property disputes Solicitor will pick up a range of work and responsibilities including;

  • Managing a varied caseload of property disputes.
  • Dealing with a range of claims from L & T disputes, telecoms disputes and more
  • Acting for clients across a range of sectors including major telecoms operators
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Participate in business development activities
  • Work closely with senior team members on high value disputes whilst maintaining your own caseload of smaller claims

The Successful Applicant

The successful Property Disputes Solicitor should have:

  • Around 0-2 years PQE
  • Strong knowledge of property law and dispute resolution.
  • Completed a seat in property disputes or recently qualified in this area
  • Excellent negotiation and client management skills.
  • Strong academics
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
