Team Assistant – Design: £30-32,000

The Team Assistant will play a crucial role in the daily operations and organisation of the team (of c. 6 people), working closely with the Director and Designers in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ideas-led studio environment.

This prestigious company spans multiple sectors and works internationally with businesses of varying size, across all areas of design work.

They are a wider team of 80 people plus freelancers, with a hybrid working model (3-4 days per week in the studio, which is based in Central London).

You will be a key support to the Design Director, proactively managing their diary and providing general PA support, as well as being integral to the running of the team and will be able to step in when needed, offering both strategic support and hands-on assistance including:

1. PA duties such as overseeing diaries, schedules, and arranging meetings
2. Facilitating daily operations for the design team, ensuring effective communication
3. Assisting with broader projects, including talks, special projects, presentations and publications
4. Planning and organising internal team-building activities, to foster a positive and collaborative team environment
5. Finance admin support
6. Attending client meetings, taking notes and following up on actions

This is an exciting role for someone with previous experience as a Team Assistant or Project Manager, ideally within a design/creative industry. Must have a calm and organised approach, be confident working across different cultures, and be able to offer proactive team support.

£30-32,000, hybrid working, lunches provided, based in Central London.
