We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our commercial team for a 6 month FTC. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing?
Assist in the development and posting of job advertisements on various platforms.
Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Support hiring managers with recruitment-related administrative tasks.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
Assist in organising recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding activities.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies in all hiring activities.
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
Monitor and report key recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
We're looking for someone who:
Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or an administrative position.
Experience using ATS/ HR Systems (Greenhouse, Success Factors or similar).
Notion experience would be a bonus.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
