Location: UK-based, Remote-First Approach. We embrace a remote-first culture, but as this role is customer-facing, there will be a requirement to meet with clients as needed. We also have an office in London (Monument) that you can use as often or as little as you like.
Salary Range: £90,000 - £100,000 per annum

The Senior Business Analyst Role
As we continue our mission to be the market-leading underwriting software platform for agile insurers, we are excited to kick off the search for a Senior Business Analyst. This role presents a unique opportunity to join Send's Client Delivery team, where you'll apply exceptional analytical and communication skills while working directly with diverse customers, system integration partners, and internal development teams.
Leveraging your extensive knowledge of Specialty Insurance and Delegated Underwriting, you'll provide valuable subject matter expertise to both clients and delivery partners. Your role will focus on addressing client challenges by maximizing Send's product capabilities to achieve outstanding results.

Senior Business Analyst Interview Process
Our recruitment process for Senior Business Analyst role is a minimum of three stages:
Stage 1 - Intro call with our in-house recruiter, Liam (30 minutes) - This will cover your background, motivations and communication, along with a chance to get to know Send and the role better.
Stage 2 - Interview with Stuart Cheasley, Lead Functional Consultant and Jo McGlynn, Portfolio Manager (45 minutes)
Stage 3 - Interview with Tash Bond, Chief Delivery Officer (60 minutes)
