Are you passionate about supporting high quality higher education processes and compliance? Join Grŵp Llandrillo-Menai as a Higher Education Officer, based at Coleg Llandrillo in Rhos-on-Sea, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of HE provision.

In this dynamic position, you will provide vital operational support across the Grŵp, ensuring the effective management of HE processes, adherence to regulatory standards, and coordination of HE initiatives. You'll be responsible for data returns, programme validations, and quality assurance while driving student engagement through initiatives like student panels, induction processes, and feedback mechanisms. Your efforts will ensure that HE activities are compliant, efficient, and aligned with both internal and external expectations.

Ideal candidates will have experience in HE administration, compliance, and student engagement, along with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. You will be a key point of contact for HE partners and regulatory bodies, and you'll support the development of HE student resources and marketing activities. A commitment to professional development and the Welsh language is essential.
