About the Role
Are you an entrepreneurial leader with commercial acumen, strategic insight, and a passion for digital and social media? We’re looking for a commercially astute professional to lead one of our agency/client hubs. You’ll drive revenue growth, manage a significant portion of our departmental revenue, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver award-winning, market-leading campaigns.
You’ll manage 3-5 direct reports and work closely with Business Directors to ensure we retain and grow our largest long-term clients, delivering fresh, creative thinking that keeps us ahead of the curve. Autonomy, leadership, and the ability to manage your own P&L are key to success in this role.
