  1. Exceptional Client Base
  2. Outstanding Reputation
  3. Genuine Progression Opportunities

  5. Unlimited Holidays

This practice is seeking Solicitors at all levels and will consider Senior Solicitors & Partners to aid with succession planning. The main purpose of this role is to work on a mixed caseload of contentious & non-contentious matters and be open to dealing with regulatory work, including corporate defence, prosecutions, and negotiation of sanctions. Advisory work will include areas across energy, waste, chemicals, and projects including landfill, renewable energy, and contaminated land.

The client base is second to none, and despite being a small boutique practice, you will be dealing with work that rivals top-tier city law firms. Ideally, you will have experience in advising and representing commercial clients and FTSE 100 / 250 clients. Work is reliable, and business development is not needed due to the reputation of this practice, so the sole focus of this role is to fee earn and perform the best possible service for clients.

This practice truly punches above their weight but also looks after their own, so there will be plenty of opportunities to progress, as well as company-wide bonuses, unlimited annual leave, and hybrid working that only requires 1 or 2 office days per week. Additionally, 1-2-1 training is provided by Legal 500 / Chambers ranked & industry-leading partners.
