IT Applications Trainer, UK Wide, £36,600 + benefits

IT Systems Trainer - £36,600 - Home based with UK wide Travel.

We're looking for an IT Trainer to help enable patient care by training our employees on our various IT & clinical systems at our sites throughout the UK.

You'll be responsible for delivering classroom based training of typically 12 -15 members on a range of systems. You'll also be required to deliver this training remotely on occasion.

No previous IT or healthcare experience is necessary as long as you have experience training and developing groups of people with different skill levels.

What you'll be doing:

1. Delivering training on all IT applications used across the group.
2. Providing feedback on training interventions.
3. Creating and documenting course material.

What you'll have:

1. Experience of delivering training material to a classroom.
2. An understanding of a variety of delivery methods in IT training and development.
3. Experience in the use of creating instructional videos.
4. TAP or TPMA certifications are advantageous but not essential.
