RICS Building Surveyor / Graduate Building Surveyor

Our client is a well-established architectural and design practice in Durham known for its innovative and award-winning approach. They are looking to strengthen their building surveying team as they take on an exciting and growing workload, particularly in heritage and conservation projects. They are seeking both experienced RICS Building Surveyors and motivated graduates ready to begin their RICS qualification journey.

In this role you will manage building surveying projects from the initial site assessment to preparing detailed reports. You will conduct thorough inspections, identify building defects, and provide technical advice on building regulations and planning permissions. You will work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Additionally, you will benefit from a supportive environment that assists you throughout your RICS qualification process and encourages continuous professional growth.

The ideal candidate will either be a RICS-accredited Building Surveyor or a graduate eager to pursue RICS qualification.
