Our client is seeking an experienced conveyancing paralegal to join their professional and dedicated team. The role will require you to cement existing relationships as well as looking to build on new opportunities.

Job Description
  1. To run cases from start to finish, looking after clients and all aspects of the conveyancing procedure.
  2. To liaise with the Assistant Manager and Manager to establish daily responsibilities.
  3. To maintain good relationships with agents and other third parties.
  4. Provide help, advise and training to junior members of the team.
  5. Manage workload efficiently to meet clients expectations.
  6. Assist the department with compliance of anti-money laundering regulations and quality procedures in accordance with the Office Manual.
  7. Ensure a high standard of file management and awareness of essential procedures.
  8. Observance of procedures in accordance with the Office Manual and conditions of employment.
  9. To maintain and where possible, improve all office standards.
Requirements for the position
  1. At least 3 years’ experience working in a busy conveyancing team.
  2. Be able to deal with all freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, new build, remortgage and transfer of equity transactions from start to finish.
  3. Good standard of literacy, numeracy and attention to detail.
  4. Pleasant manner, flexible and co-operative.
  5. Pleasant telephone manner.
  6. Good time management skills.
  7. Excellent client care.
  8. Flexibility in support of other members of staff.
