As a company we recognise the importance of work-life balance, we have both agile and flexible working policies in place and promote activities which enrich our working lives. Our staff are encouraged to progress the thinking and practice of traditional architecture and urbanism in all aspects of their work. We support our staff with career development, offering training, mentoring, opportunities to join professional organisations, and encourage staff to determine their own career path. We offer a variety of workplace activities ranging from the ADAM Future Group (a young professionals group), Women in ADAM Architecture group, mentoring, life drawing, sporting, and general socialising opportunities. Our studio environments are positive spaces, with a focus on the enjoyment of being at work and staff well-being.

Holiday entitlement

21 days paid holiday, increasing after five years’ service, plus public holidays. We usually close the office over Christmas and offer additional discretionary leave.
