Women’s Counselling and Therapy Service

Salary £28,361 – £39,921 (pro rata) depending on skills, experience and training plus 5% employer pension contribution.

8-16 session team (12 month maternity cover)

About the Role

Are you exceptional and looking to make a difference to the lives of marginalised women? If so, we are looking for you to join our friendly and supportive team.

These posts offer the opportunity to provide therapy for women who:

• have experienced complex trauma
• who are in many cases living with the consequences of violence and abuse

Salary £28,361 – £39,921 (pro rata) depending on skills, experience and training plus 5% employer pension contribution.

Higher salary (up to £46,728) may be available for a candidate with specialist qualifications / experience.

We offer regular external clinical supervision, reflective practice groups, peer support and a generous individual training budget for professional development.
