Seeking a Frontend Tech Lead to drive the development of scalable, high-performance applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Gatsby, Material UI, MJML, Twig, and Netlify Functions. This role involves leading a team, defining best practices, and optimizing UI/UX for performance and SEO.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead frontend architecture, development, and team mentorship.
2. Optimize applications for speed, SEO, and accessibility.
3. Ensure seamless Material UI and serverless integration.
4. Implement CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and security best practices.
5. Collaborate with backend, UI/UX, and product teams.

Required Skills

1. 10+ years in frontend development, 2+ years in leadership.
2. Strong expertise in Next.js, React, TypeScript, Gatsby, Material UI.
3. Experience with GraphQL, REST APIs, state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API).
4. Knowledge of unit & e2e testing (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library).
5. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.

Nice to Have

1. Experience with PWAs, micro-frontends, DevOps, headless CMS (Strapi, Contentful).
