Job description

Are you a Senior HR Advisor looking to move into a more strategic-facing role and develop further into a Business Partnering model? I am currently supporting a client of mine located in Redcar on the recruitment of two HR Business Partner positions to join them in a permanent role. This is an excellent opportunity if you are ready for the move into an HR Business Partner role.


Your new role

You will be given an allocated area to deliver strategic aims by providing coaching to managers, embedding the HR agenda and supporting HR Projects working closely with the wider HR Function.


Responsibilities include:
  1. Manage and support a wide range of people projects to support the organisation's strategies.
  2. Develop and build strong working relationships with managers within your area.
  3. Support on collating data and metrics to look at specific trends to provide advice to management on decision-making and change.
  4. Provide advice and guidance on HR practices; Restructures, pay & reward and retention.
  5. Support the development of policies and procedures.
  6. Ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery for your business areas, and support the operational HR team with more complex ER casework.

What you'll need to succeed
  1. Experience working in an HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role previously.
  2. Up-to-date knowledge of HR best practice and employment legislation.
  3. Strong communication, coaching and influencing skills.
  4. Associate (or higher level) membership of the CIPD level 5 or other equivalent HR qualification.
  5. Driving licence.
