SaaS Project Manager - Fintech

We are hiring! Join a fast-growing fintech company based in London as a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager - Fintech SaaS. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver high-impact projects that enhance a SaaS platform designed for the financial industry. You will play a key role in connecting business requirements with technical solutions while managing projects from start to finish to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive project plans, manage timelines, and track budgets.
2. Oversee project milestones and provide clear progress updates to stakeholders.
3. Serve as the primary bridge between business teams, developers, and other key contacts.
4. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, including workflows and system requirements.
6. Keep informed on industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

About You:

We're looking for an organised, analytical professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Your Profile:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager, ideally within finance, fintech, or SaaS.
3. Strong understanding of financial markets; ETF knowledge is a plus.
4. Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
5. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, and process modelling tools.
