Telesales Executive / Telemarketing Agent who has a great telephone manner with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly is required for a leading financial services company based in Swindon, Wiltshire.
ALL SALES EXPERIENCE CONSIDERED – FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
If you’ve sold to customers over the telephone within a call centre / contact centre environment, then great. If not, but you have a sales background working as a Sales Executive or in a similar role, and in a different industry, and would like to move into a financial services environment, then this could be the job for you.
Successful candidates will receive full training and support with opportunities to further their career.
SALARY: £28,100 per annum Basic Salary (£32,900 OTE uncapped) + Generous Benefits (see below)
LOCATION: Swindon, Wiltshire (100% Office Based)
Candidates will need to live within a commutable distance to Swindon.

Due to the growth of the company, we now have multiple job opportunities within a friendly and team orientated Financial Services Outbound Sales Contact Centre for a Telesales Executive / Telemarketing Agent (all sales experience considered) who has a great telephone manner and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Working as the Telesales Executive / Telemarketing Agent you’ll conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote the company’s innovative products and services. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs while clearly articulating the features and benefits of the offerings.
As the Telesales Executive / Telemarketing Agent your goal will be to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. After all this is a sales role. The more you sell the more you earn and best of all commission is uncapped, so how much you earn on top of your basic salary is down to you.
