Email Marketing Manager

A huge brand with millions of customers is looking for an Email Marketing Manager to set up and execute email marketing programmes to drive both commercial revenue and customer engagement.

The Email Marketing Manager will join at a pivotal time of digital transformation, playing a key part in leveraging customer data and using it in a more meaningful way, utilising tools like Eloqua and the soon-to-launch PEGA integration.

The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

1. Developing and deploying targeted, data-driven email campaigns using Eloqua, aligning with commercial objectives and customer lifecycle stages.
2. Collaborating with internal teams, primarily marketing, and external partners to align on strategy, deliver to KPIs, and streamline processes.
3. Setting up and engaging in tracking and post-campaign analysis, driving improvements and marketing performance in collaboration with Marketing Managers.
4. Supporting efforts to transform email marketing towards a more automated, scalable campaign execution model driven by customer data.

The Email Marketing Manager will have:

1. Experience in the implementation, delivery, and testing of email marketing programmes.
2. Preference for previous experience with Eloqua, but not essential.
3. Ideally, experience in a regulated environment (e.g., telco, finance, utilities, insurance), although not essential.
4. Good technical expertise in email marketing and CRM.
5. Could come from roles like Technical CRM Manager, Marketing Automation Manager, MarTech Manager, etc.
