An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior registered nurse to join the Division of Medicine as Band 6 Sister / Charge Nurse on Ward 25. Ward 25 is a 24 bedded mixed sex ward, which specialises in Diabetes and Endocrinology and also cares for patients with a variety of medical conditions.

We uphold ourselves to provide our patients a first class service, with our embedded priority to be patient safety. Our staff members are passionate and caring, we encourage each other to perform to the best of our abilities, which in turn has a direct impact on the care we deliver.

We are looking for a senior nurse who is a professional role model dedicated to high standards of care and patient safety. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience of managing change are essential.

You will be integral to the Multidisciplinary Team acting as patient advocate and providing expert knowledge and guidance. You will also provide supervision and training to peers and junior staff.
