The Role:

• Oversee financial operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy across all functions.
• Manage the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and controls.
• Provide strategic financial insight to support business decisions.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.

The Person:

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA or equivalent): Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Experience working in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical accounting and financial management expertise.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
• Proven ability to deliver under deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
