Job Description

Are you passionate about aviation and driven to excel in sales? We're seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our efforts in distributing high-quality Ground Support Equipment (GSE) across the EMEA & ROW. As a key player in our team, you will have the opportunity to represent a leading manufacturer in the aviation industry and make a significant impact on our growth trajectory.

Based in the UK or Europe (fluent English); French speaker would be a plus but not essential.

The Global Sales Director will:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the aviation sector across EMEA & ROW.
  2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including airlines, airports, distributors, military organisations, and municipal authorities.
  3. Identify new business opportunities, evaluate market trends, and stay abreast of competitor activities to ensure our competitive edge.
  4. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective targets.
  5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to optimise customer satisfaction and retention.
