Job Level: Level 2

DBS Required: Basic

Salary Package: £31,510.25

Compensation & Benefits: Employees based in London will receive £3000 London Weighting Allowance in addition to the advertised salary package. Advertised Salary, London Weighting Allowance and Annual Leave entitlement are FTE. They will be pro-rata'd for part time and fixed term positions. Teach First’s core benefits include 27 days holiday per annum (3 of which must be taken during the holiday shutdown period between Christmas Day and New Year's Day), participation in the pension scheme via Salary Exchange (with an employer contribution of up to 6%), life assurance, income protection and private healthcare. Programme Talent Officers source and support brilliant talent to join our programmes. You will be assigned either a portfolio of universities and/or recent graduate, young professional or career changer talent pools, and will be accountable for meeting a target volumes of hires. You will deliver a great candidate experience, particularly focused on innovative sourcing and effective post-offer contact. You have the opportunity to work in a truly hybrid way, as part of an org-wide culture that embraces agile working. You will spend engaging days at events, but also have real flexibility on how and where else to deliver your best work.

  • Are you passionate about working in recruitment, with a real enthusiasm to deliver the strongest candidate experience possible to our applicants?
  • Do you have prior experience of successfully working towards ambitious targets, able to consistently motivate yourself to reach goals?
  • Do you have proven experience of building and maintaining relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders?
  • Do you have prior experience of planning and organising a full workload, confident in managing your time well, with strong initiative and decision-making abilities?
  • Can you overcome challenges and show resilience during periods of difficulty, uncertainty or change?
  • Are you a confident and clear communicator, with experience of adapting your style and an ability to gain commitment from different audiences?
