Salary Package: £31,510.25
Compensation & Benefits: Employees based in London will receive £3000 London Weighting Allowance in addition to the advertised salary package. Advertised Salary, London Weighting Allowance and Annual Leave entitlement are FTE. They will be pro-rata'd for part time and fixed term positions. Teach First’s core benefits include 27 days holiday per annum (3 of which must be taken during the holiday shutdown period between Christmas Day and New Year's Day), participation in the pension scheme via Salary Exchange (with an employer contribution of up to 6%), life assurance, income protection and private healthcare. Programme Talent Officers source and support brilliant talent to join our programmes. You will be assigned either a portfolio of universities and/or recent graduate, young professional or career changer talent pools, and will be accountable for meeting a target volumes of hires. You will deliver a great candidate experience, particularly focused on innovative sourcing and effective post-offer contact.
