The Job Summary:

Wrightbus is the fastest growing production company in Europe. We are looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure Manager who is responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the organization's IT infrastructure.

The Requirements:

1. 5-7 years extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services, within the last 7 years.
2. Cybersecurity: Proven experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies, conducting security assessments, and managing security incidents.
3. Team Leadership: 5+ years' experience in leading, mentoring, and developing IT infrastructure or Systems Admin teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
4. Vendor Relations: Experience in managing relationships with IT vendors and service providers, including negotiating contracts and ensuring service delivery.
