King’s Reach is a unique, one-of-a-kind school based in Maidstone in the heart of Kent providing individually personalised and bespoke learning programmes for boys and young men aged 11–25 with special educational needs and disabilities. Main Responsibilities

Working with a number of students, key worker for an individual student:

• Coach and mentor a single student towards their EHCP targets, their personal aspirations, and the targets agreed together for their personal development.
• Build a positive and progressive relationship with the student.
• Support student behaviours by using positive behavioural tools, emotional support, and managing the engagement of their student.
• Provide positive challenges to enable students to grow.
• Facilitate students to engage with tutored sessions.
• Feed information into student plans and timetables.
• Be part of a team that collects and drops off the student each day at their home as well as transport them, as their timetable requires.
• Manage student budgets for food, school projects, and all ad-hoc requirements.
