Production / Assembly Operative

AM2PMare currently looking forProduction Operativesfor our client based inRedditch. Our client are a world leader in the manufacturing of glass and glazing solutions looking for friendly and enthusiastic colleagues to join their team.

As a production operative, you will be responsible for:

• Operating production machinery
• Measure, grade and feed raw materials into machinery
• Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained
• Quality checking all products to ensure the highest standards are met
• Maintain a clean working environment
• Monitor production and carry out basic testing
• Report equipment faults to maintenance staff

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm AND 2pm to 10pm ROTATING.

Rate of pay is £12.50 per hour increasing to £12.90 after 6 weeks, and £13.32 after a further 6 weeks.
