We are growing and are currently seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the Bromley office.
You will be provided with the training needed to become successful in the recruitment industry.
Trainee Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Senior Consultant.
- Helping in finding candidates for their next role and assisting clients in finding the perfect candidate.
- Speaking with candidates/clients over the phone, writing adverts, arranging interviews, etc.
- Updating details of existing candidates.
- Searching internal & external computer databases for suitable candidates.
- Matching candidates to suitable live vacancies.
- Sourcing suitable candidates for live vacancies.
- Calling/creating shortlists of candidates for job vacancies.
- Providing administrative support to the Recruitment Consultants.
- Inputting data onto a bespoke database to track candidate submissions.
- Preparing and issuing documentation.
Trainee Recruitment Consultant Requirements:
- Highly motivated.
- Thrives under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
