We are growing and are currently seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the Bromley office.

You will be provided with the training needed to become successful in the recruitment industry.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:

  1. Reporting to the Senior Consultant.
  2. Helping in finding candidates for their next role and assisting clients in finding the perfect candidate.
  3. Speaking with candidates/clients over the phone, writing adverts, arranging interviews, etc.
  4. Updating details of existing candidates.
  5. Searching internal & external computer databases for suitable candidates.
  6. Matching candidates to suitable live vacancies.
  7. Sourcing suitable candidates for live vacancies.
  8. Calling/creating shortlists of candidates for job vacancies.
  9. Providing administrative support to the Recruitment Consultants.
  10. Inputting data onto a bespoke database to track candidate submissions.
  11. Preparing and issuing documentation.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant Requirements:

  1. Highly motivated.
  2. Thrives under pressure.
  3. Excellent communication skills.
