What the Level 3 Early Years Educator role entails
As a Qualified Early Years Educator you’ll be more than just an Educator; you’ll be an ambassador for our values, and a gatekeeper for our vibrant culture.
Your primary focus will be creating a safe and inspiring learning environment where every child thrives. You’ll be a team player ensuring that you and your team meet the unique needs of each child. You’ll collaborate with your team to plan, organise and execute engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). We take pride in creating a nurturing environment that caters to individual needs, acknowledging the diversity of each child's background, culture, disabilities and medical history.
