About the role and practice

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Practice Manager to join our dental practice A J Moore & Associates in Long Eaton. As a Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency.

37.5 hours per week available (we can be flexible on days and shifts Monday – Friday).

At our private and NHS dental practice in Long Eaton, we are committed to providing high-quality dental care for all ages. This is why we offer a wide range of treatments and services – from regular checkups for all the family to treatments such as invisible braces and dental implants that will ensure your smile always looks its best.

About you

We welcome your application if you have management or Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting. Other industries such as healthcare or commercial (e.g., retail / hospitality) will also be considered.

1. Experience of working with financial records, including P&L, KPIs, and budget planning.
2. Experience of managing a team, including knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
3. The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach.
