Online Sales Representative at SmartaTutoring (20hrs weekly)

SmartaTutoring is looking for a part-time Online Sales Representative to join its growing team. This remote role (20 hours per week) is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for education and sales.

The successful candidate will engage with potential customers, promote tutoring services, and help students and parents find the right learning solutions.

About the Role

I’m looking for a sales professional who wants to lock arms with my fast-growing business!

We specialize in helping students improve their GCSE Maths, Science & English grades allowing them to change their destinies and choose any university and career pathway they put their mind to.

In the past 2 years, the company revenue growth has increased by over 4X, and the company mission and vision is to change THOUSANDS of students’ lives by the end of 2024.

The company goal is to help 2,000 students by the end of 2024, and with the right personnel on board, we will be on track to do this.

So I’m looking for someone who wants to be a part of this fast-growing mission, business & culture.

WHO I’M LOOKING FOR:

• Someone who is available on evenings and/or weekends as calls are only taken at those times
• Pay starts at £1300 per month for 20 hours of diary space opened equating to 10 hours worked per week based on our standard show-up rate (the more hours you work, the higher the pay will be)
• As this is a sales role, we do expect a minimum of a 50% show-up rate so the amount of hours you make available will not be the total hours worked; it will be a minimum of 50%.
• Previous sales experience over the phone or via a video platform
• The ability to take sales calls on Zoom with UK families
• Growth-oriented attitude
• Team player who loves to win big & have fun
• Loves creating impact
• Well organized and efficient with their time
• Is coachable and takes direction well
• Is friendly and personable

WHAT THIS ROLE INCLUDES:

• Must be able to work from home
• This will start as a part-time position and move to a full-time one when performance metrics are hit (and if the individual would like to increase their hours)
• Commissions + bonuses
• Starting from 10 worked hours per week
• Potential to take a leadership role as you progress
• A progression to a full-time role can be done based on performance and hitting KPIs
