Step Into an Exciting Role as a Financial Accountant!

Join our vibrant and welcoming Finance team as a Financial Accountant, where you'll play a pivotal role in statutory reporting, taxation, and external audits. With recent growth fueling exciting projects like legal entity rationalisation, this is your chance to make an impact while advancing your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

In this role, you'll take ownership of producing statutory accounts for entities within the Elior UK Group and act as a key liaison for the monthly submission of statutory information to the Group Elior France consolidation team. Be part of something extraordinary - apply now and grow with us!

What you'll be doing:

  1. Manage monthly statutory reporting, intercompany transactions, and coordinate the external audit process with Finance teams.
  2. Support production of statutory accounts, monitor balance sheets, and identify risks and trends across Elior UK entities.
  3. Report on Operating Working Capital variances and work with other functions to reduce balance sheet risk.
  4. Maintain accounting knowledge, pursue a professional qualification, and review VAT returns.
  5. Lead risk reviews, ensure compliance, and assist with corporation tax calculations.
  6. Oversee legal entity rationalisation and support ad hoc financial accounting projects.

What can you bring?

  1. Ideally worked with SAP.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Knowledge of group accounting and intercompany transactions.
  4. VAT technical knowledge desirable.
  5. ACA/ACCA qualified +3 years PQE experience with strong technical accounting background.
  6. Experience in producing statutory accounts, preferably consolidated accounting knowledge and IFRS.
  7. Project Management skills.
