Warehouse Operative

£12.50 per hour.

Temp-perm.

Location: Crick NN6

Monday to Friday 08:45am-1:30pm

Our client is a manufacturing business, currently looking for ongoing full-time General Operatives to join their busy and vibrant team. They pride themselves on delivering best quality products.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative, award-winning, and high-growth business as a Warehouse Operative and continue to develop your career. Reporting into the Production Supervisor and working within the distribution team, you will pick and relocate products to support the warehouse team.

Job Duties:
  1. General warehouse duties.
  2. Relocate products to support the warehouse team.
  3. Work within the distribution team.
  4. Ensure all products are quality checked in accordance with product specification.
  5. Highlight errors/problems in a timely fashion and liaise with the Manufacturing Management Team.
What you’ll need:
  1. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Relevant experience in either an engineering or small part warehouse is desirable but not mandatory.
  3. Good understanding of Excel and KPI Reporting.
  4. Confident reading locations.
  5. Experience using internal warehouse systems.
  6. Calm, methodical team approach to engineering and problem solving.
