As part of institutional investment in Geographic Information Science (GIS) and the Centre for Spatial Demographics Research, we wish to recruit two individuals who will deliver high quality research, and contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in Human Geography within the Department of Geography and Planning.
We are looking for candidates with excellent research profiles in GIS, Applied Geocomputation and Spatial Data Analysis, and are particularly interested in those with experience of working with big data and developing open source software tools.
We seek a lecturer to deliver high quality research, and contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in Quantitative Geography. You will have an excellent research profile in (and at the intersections of) population, health, economics, energy and/or the environment.
