What you will be doing as an Executive Search Consultant:

• Managing your own business within our business, specialising in one of our many industries on a global basis.
• Headhunting top industry talent into high-level job openings internationally.
• Managing and building client and candidate relationships as soon as you start the role and responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process.
• This position is a sales and business development role; you will be working towards targets, have KPIs, and will be responsible for developing your own clients from scratch.
