Multi Trade : Carpenter

Our client is looking for an experienced multi trader / carpenter to carry out kitchens, bathrooms, re-active maintenance, planned maintenance, hanging doors. Fire door installation experience is a MUST have. You will be working within the social housing sector and must be willing to work in properties with vulnerable tenants. An advanced DBS certificate is required.

You must live in the Chichester area, but will be working from Bosham to Brighton. If you have to travel further afield from the Chichester area, a fuel allowance will be in place. You must have your own van and tools, and exceptional customer service skills as you will be dealing with tenants and also void properties. This is a good opportunity as there may be more work for the right person after the 12-week duration. You must have two good sources of references.
