Job Overview

High-End / Prime residential construction experience is a non-negotiable. Ideally on one-off properties. An established refurbishment and new build main contractor with a great reputation is looking for a Project Manager to deliver on a Prime Refurbishment in the heart of SW London.

You'd be looking after 1 x £12 million Refurbishment in the heart of Chelsea. High-End Refurbishments - you'd be responsible for managing the Site manager but will also be heavily site-based with some office involvement. It's a great opportunity to get in with a growing Main Contractor who has an incredible pipeline of secured projects going further into 2025.

The Company

The company specializes in high-end / prime residential refurbishments in London and Surrey. Typically, they'll consist of either a High-End Refurbishment, new build or a combination of the two. The company has a strong pipeline of works, is growing, and there's plenty of room for growth as the company secures more and more work. They're incredibly modern in their approach to construction, constantly looking for ways to improve their methods and therefore the final product. They've got a happy supply chain and are financially sound.

The Project Manager Role

The successful Project Manager will be based between the office in SW London or Surrey and look after a single site in Chelsea. The projects you will be managing are a 1 x £12 million refurbishment in Chelsea. The role will be largely focused on the Chelsea project, programme, labour, and scope of works. You'll have a Site manager on site with supporting admin, and you'll also have a super supportive director and a well-resourced team to help should it be required.

The Project Manager - Requirements

• High-end residential refurbishment experience £6Million + budgets
• Experience in complex refurbishments with High End Finishes
• Good people management experience
• Programming experience - MS Projects or ASTA
• Excellent organisational skills
• Experience on Pro core is a plus
