TSA Surveying is representing a prominent Commercial Building Consultancy that is seeking an Associate Director to strengthen their Manchester office due to a surge in repeat business from existing clients. This is an exciting role in a new team with a lot of headroom to progress as the team grows.

The consultancy operates nationwide with offices across the UK. The Manchester office is home to 20 Building Surveyors at various levels of seniority. Their work spans multiple sectors, primarily in the private domain, including retail, office, and industrial projects. They handle a range of projects, such as large office schemes worth £35m to fitouts in the £250k-£500k range.

This role involves a mix of TDD, dilapidations, various surveys, and some contract administration. The position has a professional services focus, with approximately 75% of the work dedicated to professional services and 25% to project work. You can expect to manage project budgets of up to £500k, working on a diverse and interesting range of instructions. With this team being newly established and still quite small, there is significant potential for progression to Director and beyond.
