Interim School Operations and Strategy Consultant. Job in London Education & Training Jobs

Panoramic Associates have partnered with a group of schools in London that is looking for an Interim Operations and Strategy Consultant to join them ASAP for a 3 month contract, paid on a daily rate.

Reporting into the Executive Headteacher, you will work across schools catering for students with Special Educational Needs, undertaking projects to ensure the schools are working most effectively on both a strategic and operational level. This could include streamlining processes across the schools, aligning HR and IT systems, and reviewing the premises management. The role will be varied and rely on you as the Consultant to make recommendations for improvements.

This will be a 3 day per week basis role, making it a great opportunity for any Consultants looking for flexibility or to work alongside other commitments/roles. Initially, you will be required to be on-site for the 3 days; however, this can move to hybrid working when appropriate.

Ideal Candidate

This role is well suited to any School Operations Managers/Directors, Trust Business Managers, or School Project Leads. Special School experience is highly desirable, but mainstream experience will be considered.
