If you are then we are looking for a dedicated Practice Supervisor on a 6 Month Fixed Term basis, you’ll play a crucial role in transforming the emotional wellbeing of children and young people. Working within the Coventry RISE Emotional Health & Wellbeing Team, you’ll be at the heart of delivering life-changing support, ensuring every child receives the right care, at the right time.

Whether through one-to-one support, group sessions, or collaborative work with partner agencies, you’ll be a driving force in improving emotional wellbeing outcomes.
As a clinical leader, you’ll mentor, guide, and inspire Emotional Health and Wellbeing Practitioners and Counsellors, ensuring they thrive and grow in their roles. Your expertise in psychological interventions and adolescent mental health will influence best practices, professional development, and service excellence. You’ll also provide specialist training and consultation, shaping the way mental health support is delivered across the sector.

You're an experienced, values led & dynamic leader with a passion for improving children and young people’s emotional wellbeing. With a strong clinical background, you’re confident in delivering evidence-based interventions and guiding multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes. Your ability to supervise, mentor, and inspire practitioners ensures high-quality care across the service.
Having a postgraduate qualification in supervision or low-intensity CBT, experience in mentorship, leadership within CYP services, and expertise in multi-agency collaboration will also be a benefit to you in this role but aren’t dealbreakers.
