Job Title: Electrical/Electronic Engineering Trainer

Pay and Working Hours:

• Per hour/Salary: £32,000 - £38,262
• Working hours: 37
• £6,000 government grant if successful applying from the Engineering industry

Experience Needed:

You would need at least 5 years of experience working within the Engineering industry. You do not need any tutor/trainer experience as full training will be provided if successful.

Desired Qualifications:

• HNC/D
• Level 3
• Teacher Qualification (desirable)

Responsibilities:

As an Electrical/Electronics Engineering Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and effective training across apprenticeship and Further Education (FE) pathways. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering both practical and theoretical training sessions to a diverse range of materials, including online resources.
• Conducting progress reviews with students and employers, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
• Undertaking assessments, providing effective feedback, and driving continuous improvement.
• Supporting student success by liaising with colleagues to monitor enrolment, retention, and achievement.
• Maintaining professional knowledge through continuous professional development.
