As an Electrical/Electronics Engineering Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and effective training across apprenticeship and Further Education (FE) pathways. Key responsibilities include:
Delivering both practical and theoretical training sessions to a diverse range of materials, including online resources.
Conducting progress reviews with students and employers, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
Undertaking assessments, providing effective feedback, and driving continuous improvement.
Supporting student success by liaising with colleagues to monitor enrolment, retention, and achievement.
Maintaining professional knowledge through continuous professional development.
