Senior User Experience Designer

What You'll Be Doing?

1. Partnering with stakeholders to translate business goals and user needs into innovative design solutions.
2. Defining and refining UX specifications, balancing functionality with user expectations.
3. Creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets to support product development.
4. Advocating for user-centric design principles, driving a culture of UX excellence.
5. Maintaining and enhancing the design system, ensuring consistency across products.
6. Evaluating and refining UX implementations to optimize usability and engagement.
7. Continuously improving UX processes, tools, and best practices in collaboration with leadership.

Experience Required:

1. 5+ years of UX design experience, focusing on enterprise-grade digital products in Agile environments.
2. Strong UX research & facilitation skills, including user journey mapping & usability testing.
3. Advanced interaction & visual design skills, with expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
4. A creative, user-focused approach, balancing aesthetics with functionality.
5. Deep understanding of current and emerging UX trends.
6. Strong communication & stakeholder engagement skills, able to advocate for design decisions persuasively.
7. Experience collaborating closely with developers, with an awareness of technical considerations.
8. Relevant degree in UX, Human Factors, Graphic Design, or a related field.
