Are you passionate about ensuring companies are as environmentally friendly as possible? We are looking for a Sustainability Coordinator to join our client on the outskirts of Driffield.

PLEASE NOTE: Applicants MUST live within a 1 hour commute of Brandesburton and drive due to limited public transport.

Sustainability Coordinator

Near Driffield, YO25

£32,000 to £35,000 + benefits

Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm with early finish on a Friday

We are looking for a Sustainability Coordinator to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing environmental and ethical practices and policies.

The successful applicant will have previous experience working within Sustainability and confident reporting on ESG standards including UN PRI, CDP and GRI.

What will the Sustainability Coordinator be doing?

• Responsible for accounting carbon across net-zero targets, scope three impacts, and the carbon reduction strategy
• Assisting the Group with the ESG aspects of materiality, including mapping of identified materiality issues to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, analysing potential opportunities for improvement, and ensuring ESG alignment in accordance with our ESG Policy statement
• Developing KPIs and associated processes to ensure continuous improvement across our operations in line with our ESG objectives
• Provide dedicated data analysis for the ESG team to support internal and external data reporting
• Assisting with the preparation of the Company’s Sustainability section within its Annual Report

What we are looking for in the Sustainability Coordinator?

• Degree or qualification in environmental studies
• Excellent computer literacy
• Passionate about changing the world for the better
• Comfortable being involved in a broad range of tasks, from contributing to the Group’s strategic approach to ESG to tackling administrative tasks
• Must live local to Driffield area
