An established industry player is seeking dedicated Janitors to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff. This rewarding role involves building maintenance, health and safety compliance, and general site management. You will work 20 hours per week on a term-time basis, contributing significantly to the school community. Janitors play a vital role in school life, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for students and staff. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and can bring a flexible, proactive, and hands-on approach to this essential role.
You will be responsible for:
Experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or an understanding of health & safety regulations is essential, along with strong organisational and communication skills. While not mandatory, a full driving licence is desirable.
You will work 20 hours per week on a term-time basis. This post is temporary until December 2025 with the potential for extension or permanency based on service needs.
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
