Working Foreman (Carpentry Background) - Commercial School Projects

Location: Woking & Surrounding Areas
Salary: Competitive (Based on experience) + Company Car & Fuel
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years

ITS is hiring on behalf of a leading contractor specializing in commercial refurbishment projects for schools across Woking and the surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced Working Foreman with a strong carpentry background to oversee and take part in high-quality refurbishment works in educational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on involvement in carpentry and refurbishment work
Supervising & coordinating teams to meet project deadlines
Ensuring strict health & safety compliance in school environments
Liaising with school representatives, site managers, and contractors
Conducting quality checks and ensuring high standards of workmanship

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within carpentry & refurbishment
Strong knowledge of internal & external refurbishment in schools
Ability to lead by example and work alongside the team
Valid CSCS card & SSSTS certification (Essential)
Enhanced DBS Check (Desirable due to school environment)
