The role of a Crew member is amazing. The areas you will control and be in charge of are so important. This will vary from taking orders to completing deep cleaning in the store.
You will be part of a big team and the ability to work with such a diverse workforce is very important. Crew members will need to work at a fast pace with many situations where you will need to multitask.
Our stores become very busy within minutes; we need to ensure we are alert at all times. The moment we see a customer, we need to become available to assist them, whether that is taking their order, assisting with kiosks, or giving extra sauces or napkins.
The service we give has a lasting impression on each customer and will most definitely determine if they return to us. Our customers need to be valued and listened to each and every time. We need to be sensitive to their concerns and questions.
